Haloumi and Sujuk Parcels
In a bowl combine cheeses, sujuk, capsicum paste, cumin, salt, parsley and egg yolk. Mix well and reserve. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut puff pastry into 8 pieces. Place one heaped teaspoon into each cut pastry piece. Turn edges over and seal the edges tightly. Repeat process until all the filling is used up. Place filled pastries on a lightly greased or sprayed non-stick baking tray.
Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the tops of the pastries and sprinkle black sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
