Smashed Avocado and Feta on Toast with Crispy Basturma

Ingredients
 1 Avocado
 Fettayleh Basturma
 Sourdough
 Feta cheese
 Cherry Tomatoes
 Rocket
 Salt
 Squeeze of lemon
 Sumac

Method
1

Take your avocado and slice in half to remove the seed and the skin. Place in a bowl and begin to mash your avocado, adding salt and lemon to taste.

In a frypan on a medium heat, cook basturma until golden and crispy. Set aside once cooked.

Toast your sourdough and then lather with your mashed avocado.

Crumble your feta on toast and serve with sumac, cherry tomatoes and rocket.
